Independent adjustment of extrusion pressure, bar pressure and lock of piece of round profile. Belt tension adjustment. Automatic/manual operation for sealing of shaped profiles. Double control of the heating system to avoid start-up below working temperature. Safety protections against access to the dangerous parts of the machine according to the European norms. Motor troubleshoot and thermic protection of the motors. Control circuits which are in contact with the operator are in security low voltage 24 Vac. Total stop of all moving parts of the machine by means of an emergency push button.
